认知无线电网络自适应带宽分配机制及性能分析

摘要:

为充分利用认知无线电网络中授权用户未占用的带宽,提出了一种自适应带宽分配机制(ABAM),采用二维Markov链对认知无线电网络中ABAM机制性能进行了建模分析,得到了带宽利用率等系统性能指标的解析结果.理论分析及仿真结果表明,与传统的固定带宽分配机制相比,ABAM允许认知呼叫根据授权呼叫占用带宽情况自适应调整其传输带宽,可有效地提高系统的带宽利用率.

Abstract:

An adaptive bandwidth allocation mechanism (ABAM) is proposed to make full use of the bandwidths not occupied by the license users. Two-dimensional Markov chain is used to analyze the performance of ABAM in cognitive radio(CR) networks. The measurements such as the channel utilization are analytically obtained. Theoretical analysis and simulation show that the ABAM, which allows the CR calls to adaptively adjust their transmission bandwidth according to the occupied bandwidth of license calls, will effectively improve the channel utilization of the system as compared with the fixed bandwidth allocation mechanism.
